The Prius Healthcare Duet Mattress System is a next-generation low air loss mattress replacement system designed for advanced pressure redistribution, comfort, and skin integrity management. Combining five therapy modes—Low Air Loss, Pulsation, 3-in-1 Alternation, Static, and 40° Lateral Rotation—in a single platform, the Duet system is built to support complex clinical needs, including prevention and treatment of stage I–IV pressure injuries.

Engineered with intelligent auto-set pressure adjustment based on patient height and weight, the Duet ensures individualized care for users up to 700 lbs. The Fowler Detection System auto-adjusts inflation based on bed angle, while the integrated Patient Care Mode fully inflates the surface to facilitate transfers, bed-side treatment, and nursing tasks. A quick-release CPR valve, durable TPU cells, low-slip base, and user-friendly LCD control panel make the Duet a dependable and intuitive choice for acute and long-term care settings.
