Refund policy

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 25-50% of the original purchase price will be applied to all eligible returns.
    • The specific percentage will be determined based on the product and condition of the return, and will be communicated to you during the return process. 
  • Delivery fee applied.
  • Pickup fee applied. 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns on most unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the restocking fee outlined below.

  • Air Pressure Matttresses, Low Air Loss
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Bath safety products (e.g., shower chairs, grab bars)
  • Cushions (e.g., wheelchair cushions, seat cushions)
  • Other DME items that are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (This list may be updated; please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in new condition. You must also provide proof of purchase.
