White Glove Service
Shop in store or online
We can deliver as early as same day. Delivery hours M-F 8:30AM-6:30PM.

Delivery & Install Recliner
We bring in base and the back independetly, snap them together, attach wires and battery, test, educate user and caregivers, and begin cleanup.
Training & Testing
Please let us know if you need print outs of Remote Guides, Memory Guides, Model Flyer, Model Brochure, or other guides.
Clean Up
We are happy to remove shoes once product is installed. We wear steel toe boots as premium models weigh over 150 lbs on avg.

- We serve all of Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Lake Counties.
A: We offer free local delivery on our most premium models, including:
- Golden Technologies: 4-Zone and 5-Zone (Twilight) series chairs.
- Pride Mobility: Select models from the VivaLift! Ultra and Radiance collections.
- Standard delivery fees may apply to economy or clearance models.

For new colors or sizes, we often deliver the chair to your home within 3–10 business days.
Custom made American Brisa Fabric Recliners take between 6-9 week (PR511,PR525,PR527, PR750, PR760,PR764)
Note: we have limited control over shipping between Golden/Pride and Pitt Ohio, Ward Trucking, XPO, R&L Carriers, and other regional trucking carriers. For emergencies, depending on carrier, we can pickup from Cleveland-Akron based Service Centers.
