We are an authorized dealer for the most trusted names in mobility, including Pride Mobility (Go-Go, Jazzy, Baja Mobility), Golden Technologies (BuzzAround), WHILL, Robooter, Drive Medical), and other quality manufacturers. Rentals
Yes, a physician's prescription is required to purchase or rent oxygen equipment.
We rent a variety of equipment, including:

We offer rentals primarily on Cleveland's west side, extending west to Huron. For areas beyond a 25-minute radius, a delivery fee may apply.

Repairs
The most frequent service is battery replacement and diagnostics. Mobility batteries (often deep-cycle batteries) typically need replacement every 12 to 18 months, depending on usage. We also commonly service joysticks, hand controls, and tires/castors.
Yes. As a local, authorized dealer for Golden and Pride, we provide in-house diagnostics, warranty claims processing, and repair services right here in Northeast Ohio. We service chairs purchased from us and often those purchased elsewhere.
Most premium Golden and Pride chairs feature a Lifetime Warranty on the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism. Electrical components (motors, hand controls) typically carry a 3-year parts warranty and a limited labor warranty. We can verify your specific warranty coverage based on the chair model and purchase date.
Yes, our expert technicians are trained to service, maintain, and repair everything we sell, including hospital beds, patient lifts, and oxygen equipment. We manage all warranty claims and provide service for non-warranty repairs in the greater Cleveland area.

Yes. While major equipment often requires an LMN, most common medical supplies—like certain types of orthopedic braces, CPAP supplies, and diabetic supplies—are considered eligible medical expenses and can be paid for directly with a Flex FSA/HSA debit card.

Yes, we have a bathroom for our customers that is cleaned daily and offers easy access toilet.
Our parking lot is brand new! Just to the right of our door is a smooth ramp area for customers in wheelchairs or scooters. We also have threshold ramps for additional support.
