Important Rental & Delivery Policies
Standard Operations: Deliveries and pickups are scheduled Monday through Friday during standard daylight showroom hours. No late-in-day or after-dark deliveries.
Weekend Surcharges: Additional delivery and pickup fees apply for Saturday or Sunday operations to cover our on-call field technicians.
Security Deposit: High-ticket travel items require a $300 to $600 refundable down payment at signing to ensure equipment protection.
