Featuring Select Air therapy with Dynamic Dispersion to create an optimal wound-healing environment with microclimate control. High resilient foam is encapsulated in preset air chambers with airflow control. Individual cells communicate to evenly distribute the user's pressure over the therapy zone.

"True" low air loss system used to manage microclimate of the skin and improve moisture redistribution.
As air, not foam, supports the majority of the load; the system is designed to last years.
Top stretch cover is anti microbial, fluid resistant, and breathable.
Can be upgraded to a hospital grade, low air loss therapy mattress.
