Featuring Select Air therapy with Dynamic Dispersion to create an optimal wound-healing environment with microclimate control. High resilient foam is encapsulated in preset air chambers with airflow control. Individual cells communicate to evenly distribute the user's pressure over the therapy zone.

- "True" low air loss system used to manage microclimate of the skin and improve moisture redistribution.
- As air, not foam, supports the majority of the load; the system is designed to last years.
- Top stretch cover is anti microbial, fluid resistant, and breathable.
