The Ultra-Care Xtra is engineered with innovative Stay-Flate™ cell-on-cell air bladder construction, providing a full ten inches of therapeutic depth. This unique design ensures reliable "bottom-out" protection, even maintaining crucial air support for up to 24 hours in the event of a power failure.
