The Safe-T Guard is a perimeter mattress cover designed to reduce the risk of falls and patient entrapment. It has a covered foam border that is raised approximately 4 inches above the mattress surface and is sloped inward to reduce the risk of roll outs without sacrificing patient comfort.
- Includes cover and 4 raised foam inserts with separation for added safety while still allowing for patient egress
- Zippered cover ensures secure fit on 8" mattress system
- Quilted top is water resistant; nylon, polyurethane construction reduces heat build-up
- Dimensions: 80" x 35.5"; fits Ultra-Care II (#4250) and Excel/8 (#4800) mattresses
- Two-year warranty
